Andrew T. Scheid has been selling Cemetery Memorials since 1987. Andy began selling for the former Hiestand Memorials in Marietta which is now Weaver-Hiestand Memorials. Andrew T. Scheid Granite & Bronze Memorials was founded in 1995 and operated until 2005 when a partnership was founded with Weaver Memorials in New Holland, PA. The Weaver family has been in the Monument business since 1839. Andy felt is was necessary to focus more time on serving families in funeral service and felt it was necessary to discontinue the Granite & Bronze Memorials division. So, Andy placed his trust in another Lancaster County family owned business to meet the needs of the families he serves. In fact in 2006, Weaver Memorials erected the Scheid Family Memorial and Markers in the St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery in Bausman, PA. |
